DT Tour Policies

Deposits

• A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking of multi-day trips.

• For one-day tours, full amount is due at time of booking.

• Deposits are applied towards total trip cost.

Payment Methods

• Reservations can be paid via check, cash, or credit card.

• There is a 5% service fee for amounts paid by credit card. The service fee

does not go towards the amount of your trip.

• Deposits must be received within 10 days of booking, or your reservation will

be released.

Full Payment Deadline

• Trips must be paid in full at least 45 days before departure date.

• Failure to pay by this deadline will result in cancelation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 45 or more days before departure will receive a full

refund.

• Cancellations made 44 days or less before departure date will NOT be

refunded. No exceptions. This is due to the deadlines we must meet as a

company in the booking process.

*Each trip has a trip minimum of 30 passengers. If a trip is subject to cancelation on our behalf you

will receive full refund of the amount paid toward the trip.
